Hors d'oeuvres followed by a 5-course meal with Chef demonstrations and complementing Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir

First Course: Spicy Bloody Mary Gazpacho with Peperonata
and Chilled Shrimp Relleno

Second Course: Chesapeake Greenhouse Hydroponic Lettuce Bouquet with Grilled Yellow Tomato Vinaigrette and Sauteed Softshell Crab

Third Course: Hand Rolled Pappardelle Norma With Tomato Eggplant Ragout and Ricotta Salata

Fourth Course: Chef's Presentation of Cedar Run Farms Pork
with a Study of Corn and Tomato

Fifth Course: Roasted Lockbriar Farms Peach Zabaglione, and Frozen Watermelon Trifle

The evening begins with a Farm Tour at 5:45 p.m. (for those who desire) by Arnold Farms owners Bob and Sarah Arnold. Appetizers begin at 6:30. Seating is limited; please reserve early.
