Join Prostate Health International (PHI) for the 8th Annual Father’s Day prostate 5K run/walk, now known as the “Gary Papa Run 4 Your Life” in honor of 6 ABC’s former Sports Director and longtime PHI supporter, Gary Papa, who lost his battle to prostate cancer in 2009.

The “Gary Papa Run 4 Your Life” takes place on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Eakins Oval at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (26th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway). Opening Ceremony starts at 8:00 a.m. with the run kicking off at 8:30 a.m. Pre-registration is $25 per person ($30 day-of the race). Proceeds benefit prostate cancer awareness programs, prevention education, research and free prostate cancer screenings in the Philadelphia area.
