Mollie Visosky from The Fresh Link, will be hosting Sonoma’s 3rd farm dinner with the help of Sonoma’s Executive Chef Nicholas Sharpe. This 4-course banquet style dinner will showcase the fresh, local food that The Fresh link aggregates from small local farms and will give guests a chance to meet her and discuss the hard work and effort it takes to grow, harvest and deliver to many of the city’s finest restaurants.
asparagus soup
with asparagus tips, kohlrabi slaw, soft poached farm egg, charcoal oil
wood grilled broccoli raab
with espellette marinated silken tofu, salad of sprouting broccoli, green garlic soubise
confit fennel and goat cheese gratin
with dilled radish relish, salad of speck, mustard greens
carrot “cake” custard
with chicory-walnut crumble, crème fraiche ice cream
Sonoma is offering this experience for just $45 per ticket for dinner or $65 per ticket for dinner and wine (prices exclude 10% tax and 20% gratuity).
