Dining out in Ocean City offers a lot of opportunity for good eats; Thrasher’s French Fries, Boog’s BBQ, and Dumser’s Ice Cream. But what if you want to eat Healthy? How can you navigate your way through Maryland’s Best Beach and stay on your healthy eating program? Well, I recently did just that and wanted to share with you what I found.

Our favorite stop was Liquid Assets. You can’t visit without ordering their cheese board. As it was Passover, we asked that only fruit be put on our platter and the apples, pears and strawberries were divine with the cheese. For dinner, I had a lovely spinach salad. I could have added chicken, salmon or shrimp to my salad, but the cheese was enough for me. My son had a great bowl of mussels without chorizo, and my daughter had some great chicken lettuce wraps. The wine is always great here and the staff is always friendly.

Brass Balls! A great pit stop right on the boardwalk, but how could they possibly have Healthy food options? They have delicious and healthy salads! Crisp, crunchy lettuce and a bunch of different choices. I had the Carolyn Salad while my husband and daughter had the California with grilled chicken, tomatoes, almonds and carrots. Their waffle fries are amazing, but you didn’t hear that from me.
