2010 Western Maryland Kidney Walk

Join us at the 2010 Western Maryland Kidney Walk/Run on May 16 at Rose Hill Manor Park in Frederick, MD. Registration starts at Noon. The Walk/Run starts at 1 pm. We'll have music, refreshments, a clown and facepainting for the kids, and Keyote (mascot for the Frederick Keys) will be on hand to greet everyone. The Walk is a 5K or approximately 3 miles but you can walk as a shorter distance if you wish. We'll also have a course for those who are in wheelchairs.

For runners, the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club is inviting you to participate in an Endurance Challenge. See how many laps you can do on the 1.5 mile cross country route in 1.5 hours time. Earn a chance at a prize drawing for each lap you complete.
