Whether you’re a seasoned oenophile or a new wine lover, the Festival’s main event will delight your palate with 100 international wineries pouring more than 600 wines for you to sample. Throughout the afternoon, you can taste your way through some of the world’s great wine producing regions including; Spain, France, Italy, Greece, New Zealand, and the U.S.

New this year is the International Food Pavilion. This delicious culinary experience will lead your palate to tastes from around the globe paired with premium wines. Enjoy bites of savory Australian Lamb, delicious Alaskan Poached Cod, Mini Falafel, Salad Nicoise, and Homemade Italian Gelato.

You’ll want to secure your seat early to watch premier chefs in action as they demonstrate their expertise in the field, matching wine and spirits to delicious cuisine. Chefs Jose Andres (ThinkFoodGroup), Barton Seaver (Alaska Seafood Institute), Claudio Pirollo (Et Voila!), Todd Gray (Equinox) and Patrice Olivon (L'Academie de Cuisine) are just a few of the demonstrations coming to share their talents.
