Dishes taught –and sampled- will include:

Carnaroli Risotto,
Salt Roasted Shrimp, Lemon, Parsley

Slow Cooked Scottish Salmon
Sweet Onion Soubise, Petite Carrots, Caviar

Layered Chocolate Mousse Parisienne
Chocolate Tuille, Raspberry
