One meaning of yoga is union. Partner yoga is natural cooporative union. Join Spiral Flight teachers Anya and Brion for a supportive and fun filled partner yoga class. Using yoga postures, synchronized movement and breathing, partner yoga will deepen your practice and enhance your connection to others. So bring your signicate other or a friend and move a little deeper into your practice. All levels welcome.
