WASHINGTON, DC RESTAURANT WEEK  -Many Participating Restaurants Extend Promotion
in Washington, DC. Book A Table Now @ http://www.opentable.com/start.aspx?m=9&ref=1081 Over 200 restaurants across the DC Metropolitan area are taking reservations for the 2010 Winter Restaurant Week, Jan. 11-17. During the bi-annual promotion, participating restaurants offer three-course, fixed-price lunch and dinner menus priced at $20.10 (lunch) and $35.10 (dinner). The official “Washington, DC Restaurant Week” has proven so popular that many participating restaurants extend the promotion or dovetail off of the official week with other types of offers.
“Because Restaurant Week is such a fantastically popular event, many restaurants extend the promotion for another week or longer to accommodate those that couldn’t book during the official week,” said Lynne Breaux, President of Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington.  “Restaurant Week is also a great lead-in to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday and promotion extensions add all the more value to the long weekend and short work week.”
Check with participating restaurants on the official Restaurant Week website (www.restaurantweekdc.org) for restaurants extending, expanding or dovetailing on 2010 Winter Restaurant Week.
