Vinifera Wine Bar and Bistro continues World Tour with Africa

Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro is excited to continue its popular monthly “World Tour” dinner series throughout
2010. The World Tour dinners feature food, wine and entertainment from specific regions of the world. Vinifera’s first stop in 2010 will be Africa. Executive Chef Bo has created an authentic and unique menu for this “World Tour” dinner, featuring exotic and distinctive flavors focusing on the Moroccan region. In addition, General Manager/Sommelier Jason Meringolo has chosen labels from Africa, which will be available in flights for $15, that perfectly complement all of the robust flavors. The restaurant will also be consumed by the sounds of African music. Guests who attend the world tour dinners will receive a travel-sized world map, and for each dinner they attend a stamp will be give for that specific country. Once patrons attend three of “Vinifera’s World Tour” dinners and collect a stamp for each on their maps, they will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win an overnight stay at The Westin Reston Heights and breakfast for two at Vinifera.
