Salt Tavern, one of Baltimore’s most critically acclaimed restaurants located in Butcher’s Hill, announced today that it has expanded its hours of operation to include Sunday dinner, beginning Sunday, December 20, 2010.  Salt’s dining room will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and offer diners its regular dinner menu.  The bar will remain open until 10 p.m.    “We are excited to now offer our diners the option of Sunday night dining – a long-time request of our regular customers,” said Jane Ambrose, co-owner of Salt.  “While many area restaurants have fallen victim to the difficult economic climate of this past year, we have enjoyed the continued support of many loyal customers and in response to this, have made the choice to expand our hours and open on Sundays.”
