Laurie Forster, The Wine Coach, and Chef James Barrett, Executive Chef at The Westin Annapolis, are again celebrating the fruits of the local waterways. This time, Chef Barrett is preparing OYSTERS in several fabulous ways, accompanied by local meats and greens. To complement each dish, Laurie Forster will pair the perfect, affordable Fall wines.
