Evolution Craft Brewing Company is a small batch brewery located in Delmar, Delaware. In 2009, brothers Tom & John Knorr joined forces with brewmaster Geoff DeBisschop of Boston, MA and Chef John Scheckells to create the Evolution Craft Brewing Company. They took over an old grocery store on Bi-State Blvd in Delmar just a few miles north of Salisbury, MD. With a passion for creating great beers, they are on an adventure of beer evolution!
Recently, CITYPEEK ceo, Patti Neumann had the opportunity to sample the Knorr's brew 2 days in a row. One at the Mid Atlantic Food Show we tasted the IPA Lager 3, a light, smooth and sweet Lucky #3 IPA-and it helps #3 is my lucky number.

We just did at the special Baltimore Beer Week launch taking place at Phillips Seafood Restaurant in Harborplace. Typically only a wine sipper, we fell in love with the Menage a Three. It is made in bourbon barrels-and that spirit is one of my favorites.
John Knorr exclaims, " A variety of styles and creative twists keep our juices flowing and we can’t wait to raise a pint with you! The excellence of our beers is the result of our pursuit of extreme quality and resourceful experimentation. We sell various beers at the brewery in Growlers. Because we want you to recycle (and drink more beer!) we will fill you up for just the cost of the beer each time you bring back the empty growler."
