We had fun at Phillips Seafood--happened to go to Harborplace on Mari Gras and loved the po boys, hurricane drink and great crab dip. Also try to Phillips jumbo crabcakes. yum!
It was our first time in this restaurant though we have heard of the good reputation. We ordered steamed mojito clams as appetizer. One of the clams was closed and when we opened it it was full of mud! Even worse was the attitude of the manager, who came to tell us it could have happened in any seafood restaurant and was not a big deal! They did not charge us for the clams but the low health standard and the poor apology of the manager were unacceptable. I do not recommend Phillips to anyone!
A perenial Baltimore favorite. Had dinner there on Friday with a college buddy in town for the weekend. The food was good and so was the service. The menu has changed a little bit from what it use to be but its still good!
Had people in from out of town for lunch meeting and we ended up at Phillips. The food was great and very reasonably priced for this time of year and for a restaurant at the Inner Harbor. A good time was had by all! The service was good. I definitely recommend Phillips!
Had a great dinner with friend and enjoyed the best seafood . The Crab soup always to die for and the Salmon met all of the esnts for a great dinner . Served with some great Maryland wine . The server Starr was the best I give her all five stars Dee O'Horan CTA-24/7 Concierge
