Maryland Humanities welcomes pediatrician Mona Hanna-Attisha, who helped expose the lead in Flint, Michigan’s water. The author of What the Eyes Don't See: A Story of Crisis, Resistance, and Hope in an American City  — Maryland Humanities One Maryland One Book 2019 — will discuss her book in conversation with fellow pediatrician and author Nadia Hashimi, answer questions, and sign books. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. All tour events are free.
