This is a food and wine pairing unlike any other. First up is guess the mystery item based on smell, taste and texture. Sounds easy right? Except that the room will be dark and everyone will be wearing blindfolds & ponchos. Next, they will have a blind tasting where we can’t see the color of the wine and will have to guess based solely on smell and taste.
