Restaurant Eve "Nourish the Palate" offers modern American cuisine highlighting the freshest of regional and seasonal products. Guests have two dining options from which to choose; From the less formal, ala carte Bistro-to the Culinary showcase of Chef Armstrong’s 5, 7 or 9 course tasting menus. The tasting room dining time is 3-4 hours with two prix-fixe menus beginning at $105. Reservations are taken two months in advance to the calendar date (i.e. Reservations for April 1st are taken February 1st). Jackets are required. No Jeans, Shorts or Tennis Shoes please.
