Central in DC-Hip Bistro with great

Michel Richard Central in Dc--Hip Bistro with great selections, and service. Ate in the bar area, and stayed with a more traditional burger which had its own flair and style to it. Fantastic, and I almost forgot to mention the homemade dijon!
