I was at the Hotels near Denver Airport when a friend of mine, who had just returned from Maryland, told me about Chef Sanders and his famous dish from the Fine Dining restaurant. I believe that only good people make a great food and I haven't eaten a great food in a long time. I would like to get to know Mr. Julius Adam Sanders, someday.

On a cold and blustery day at the beach, how does the idea of a cozy (yet chic) restaurant and lounge with an excellent wine list and candle light dining sound? I had heard a great deal about Jules and my boyfriend and I were in the mood for a good seafood meal, so, we decided to give it a try. Jules absolutely EXCEEDED our expectations. I recommend this restaurant as the BEST (and I mean the absolute best) for Fine Dining in Ocean City, Maryland. We had the market seafood pasta with putenesca sauce and a nice glass of Moet champagne (a perfect compliment to the seafood pasta). The dessert, a pumpkin Creme Brulee', was a unique and wonderful end to a fabulous dinner. Not to mention, the restaurant was quiet (nice for a romantic dinner) and the wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. I will, without question, very gladly return to Jules in the not too distant future.
