the spicy shrimp roll is out of this world and the tuna appetizer. Love love love their sushi. Go to Matsuri when you can!

Business Lunch today and everyone was in the mood for Sushi so we went to Matsuri. Simply fantastic sushi! The service was excellent, prices very reasonable as well! Its a great spot for lunch and dinner. Highest recommendation!

What a better way to celebrate Halloween than sushi and wine! Matsuri provided my boyfriend and I with some wonderful food earlier tonight. The yellowtail roll, spicy california roll and bagel roll were a true hit! In addition to this, their Miso soup and Edamame were the perfect start to an amazing meal! It's location, nestled in the heart of the Federal Hill business district, also gives it's customers a very serene and relaxing environment as they dine. The host and hostess were very gracious and helpful as we came to our final decisions on the menu. We cannot wait for our return to Matsuri and to try even more of their great and extensive menu.

Had dinner at Matsuri this eveing with family in from NY. Simply fantastic! Sushi was simply to die for, service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I went to lunch at Matsuri Japanese Restaurant today for sushi and was suprised and pleased with a new special--the lobster roll salad served on a bed of seaweed salad with tempura flakes and roe spooned in it along with avacado chucks. A perfect combination. Dreamy!

I grew up in Federal Hill, and had my first sushi at Matsuri. Finding sushi elsewhere that is comparable has been a difficult task. To begin, their hand rolls have exquisite presentation. I look forward to picking up a spicy roll combo or vegetable udon soup whenever I'm in the neighborhood because the ingredients are always fresh and the tastes are always bold. A great specialty roll to try is dynamite roll.

I saw Matsuri on Citypeek and tried it after drinks in Fed Hill. Great rolls and a fun presentation. Really fresh ingredients, and a great place to take a date. Been three times now and I think it's by far Baltimore's Best Sushi. Soon with the summer weather I'm getting take out to watch the harbor and enjoy sushi.
