the guac can be good or great here, but not always consistent. the margaritas on the other hand are great!

This past Summer, I met one of my best friends and her boyfriend and Blue Agave. I had heard so much and could not wait to try it for myself! When we sat down, my friend had already ordered an excellent choice - Spicy Margaritas! .. Not only does Blue Agave have the BEST margaritas in Baltimore (in my opinion), they also provide a very fun yet intimate setting for enjoying meals and still being able to hold conversations with friends, family, etc that join you. The steak and chicken and burritos that we enjoyed were magnificent and the view of the activity and passersby on a warm Baltimore Summer evening were truly amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to try Tex Mex with a unique twist! A must try! =)

Went here for the first time on a girls night out last Friday, and the margaritas there are amazing! They call themselves a 'tequilaria' and they live up to the name. Just about any flavor margarita you can imagine, they can cook up for you. Be warned though, their house margarita packs some heavy tequlia. We got a pitcher of the melon margarita, and it was excellent. The food was great with large portions and very fresh flavors. I highly recommend!

We were surprised to see Blue Agave is now open for lunch Wednesday thru Friday - and some pretty amazing lunch specials, too! The tuna taco was totally terrific (and the margaritas weren't too bad either). And fried ice cream is still one of my all-time favorite desserts - crunchy, creamy, cold and caramel all rolled into one.
