USATF and the Potomac Valley Track Club will host the 2018 Masters Indoor Championships at the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex next to FedEx Field in Landover Maryland. The competition will feature athletes from 30 to 100+!

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Washington DC 8th Annual Red Shoe 5K Run & Walk will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Dulles Station in Herndon, VA. Proceeds from the event will further the charity’s mission to ease the hardship of children’s illness on families through programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children. The family-friendly event will feature a timed 5K course suited for both runners and walkers (all competition levels welcome), and a Kid’s Fun Run for kids 8 years old and younger.
