Lebanese Taverna Baltimore will be hosting “Mezza Madness” a Middle Eastern dim sum style dinner on New Year’s Eve. The party start at 9pm with servers continuously offering over 20 different mezzas (appetizers) including such favorites as hommos, chicken kabobs, kafta and shrimp Arak. Middle Eastern dessert will also be presented. Champagne toast, party favors and belly dancing shows will complete the night. Price is $75.00 per person plus tax and service charge. Actors from the Georgetown Theatre Company read stories, poems and remembrances of Christmas. Free, Fun and in the Georgetwon Library.

To set the tone of the event, the holiday classic Christmas Story will play be on repeat play while $2.50 cider and egg nog drink specials will turn up the holiday cheer. The Rams Head Christmas tree will be ready for trimming and guests are encouraged to bring homemade ornaments to help trim the tree. The event will culminate with the return of the ugli...est sweater contest and the addition of the best Christmas socks & best tackiest Christmas ornament.
