Fusing modern dance, theater, music, technology and art, Anne-Marie Mulgrew and Dancers Co. celebrates its 24th season of dance making in Philly. Known for its “striking visual imagery and whimsy” (Philadelphia Inquirer) the company charms, provokes and informs audiences of all ages with its insightful and wacky views of the world. Human Landscape Dance (HLD) is a contemporary dance company based in Washington DC.

The Greater Philadelphia Film Office (GPFO) is pleased to host “A Conversation with Tanya Hamilton.” Hamilton, the writer-director of Night Catches Us, will share her insights on the film, followed by a Q&A, on Tuesday June 8, 2010, from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at The Prince Music Theater (1412 Chestnut Street). The “conversation” will be facilitated by Greater Philadelphia Film Office Director of Marketing & Multicultural Affairs, Yvonne Jones. Admission is FREE and open to the public.
