Get ready to fly into fall as Fly School Circus Arts presents the grand opening of their new home at 5th and Cecil B Moore. Join us for a “Beef and Beer” open house with free food and drink from Nick’s Roast Beef in Old City, Ms Goody Cupcake on East Passyunk and The Bottle Shop. Beer samples ages 21 and up only. This October, the parkway’s pop-up park, The Oval, will host a series of fun and free fall-themed activities. Guests of all ages can enjoy the fall festivities at The Oval including Philadelphia’s Open Air Market (PHAIR), workshops by the Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Film Festival, October Sky movie screening, a petting zoo, hayrides, costume contest, plus a Sunday football game viewing party, GO EAGLES! As Philadelphia's only non-profit organization exclusively serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth, the 20th Anniversary Celebration marks a major milestone for The Attic Youth Center. Celebrity guest, Alex Newell, best known for his role as Wade "Unique" Adams on Glee, will captivate Gala guests with an unforgettable performance, as they enjoy a cocktail reception followed by a seated dinner, award reception and dancing.
