Hop on down to South Street for some FREE, egg-citing family fun during the 83rd annual Easter Promenade on Sunday, April 20th. MC Henri David returns to lead the parade from Passyunk Avenue and South Street down to Headhouse Square. Enjoy Easter treats, live music from the Philadelphia Freedom Band, the Bunny Hop, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Cottontail and much more until 2pm. Bring your camera and stick around to meet the Easter Bunny himself, and see who wins the fashion contests!

This Father’s Day – Sunday, June 15– Prostate Health International, a division of The Foundation for Breast and Prostate Health, will host the 12th Annual Gary Papa Run to benefit prostate cancer awareness, education and grants to area hospitals for prostate initiatives. Celebrate Spring at the Philadelphia Art Alliance’s annual fundraising event!   The 2nd Annual Spring at The Mansion is a progressive evening that offers guests fine cuisine from Le Chéri, specialty cocktails, live music, an amazing silent auction featuring one-of-a-kind experiences and artful elegance.  Proceeds from the event  benefit the preservation and restoration of the historic and aesthetically significant Wetherill Mansion, the oldest cultural institution on the Square and the home of the Philadelphia Art Alliance. 

Mt. Airy adds a brunch twist to the classic restaurant week concept! Starting the weekend of April 5th and 6th, Mt. Airy restaurants will present seasonally inspired, three course menus during‘Mt. Airy Brunch Sessions: Four Seasons of Prix-Fixe.' Chefs will present off-menu dishes and signature favorites that celebrate the flavors of spring. Sample everything from frisée salad (with crispy pancetta, sliced pear, ricotta salata, mint vinaigrette) to bread pudding French toast (with strawberry-rhubarb compote) to a corned beef hash flatbread.
