Hop on down to East Passyunk Avenue for a day of ‘egg-citing’ Easter festivities! On Saturday, April 13, 2019, East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) presents the Annual East Passyunk Easter Egg Hunt from 11:00am to 2:00pm on the lawn of the South Philadelphia Older Adult Center (1430 East Passyunk). Children will have the opportunity to decorate egg-collecting bags, enjoy treats, dance to family-friendly tunes and hunt for prize-filled eggs at this free event.

South Street kicks off Philly's summer festival season with a free, all-day, all ages block party on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 11:00am to 8:00pm. South Street Spring Festival will take over South Street between Front and 8th, plus continue onto 2nd Street Plaza. 30+ restaurants and bars will serve food and drink outside on the street.  The district will come alive with music and entertainment from dozens of bands on stages throughout the festival. Children of all ages will enjoy free family fun in the Family Fun Zone. 100+ artists and retailers will cater to your shopping needs.

Hop on down to South Street for egg-citing family fun during Philadelphia’s 88th Easter Promenade on Sunday, April 21, 2019 starting at 12:30pm. Master of ceremonies Henri David returns to lead the parade from Passyunk Avenue and South Street (between 4th and 5th streets) down to Headhouse Square. Enjoy Easter treats, live music from the Philadelphia Freedom Band, the Bunny Hop, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Cottontail and much more. Bring your camera and meet the Easter Bunny himself, and see who wins the best dressed contests!

Bob chronicles of the highly unusual life of Bob and his lifelong quest to become a “Great Man”. Born and abandoned in the bathroom of a fast food restaurant, Bob energetically embarks on an epic journey across America and encounters inspiring generosity, crushing hardships, blissful happiness, stunning coincidences, wrong turns, lucky breaks, true love and heartbreaking loss.

East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) presents the 7th Annual East Passyunk Restaurant Week from Monday, February 25 to Friday, March 8, 2019.  Twenty-six award-winning restaurants along Philadelphia’s acclaimed restaurant row will serve up three course, value-priced lunch and dinner menus for $15, $25 and $35 each. From low key BYOBs to elegant candlelight dining to Italian “red gravy” joints to Mexican street food, East Passyunk Restaurant Week boasts a diversity of dining experiences and cuisines that offer something for everyone.
