Chef Franklin received his formal training for three years at Walt Disney World Resorts, learning from some of the most influential chefs in the world (Tim Rosenthal, Paul Prudhomme, Craig Shelton, Charlie Trotter, the US Culinary team of 1996 & Jerry Kuchinkus). He opened the Boardwalk Resort as assistant pastry chef under Andreas Born, and then Colorado Springs Resort as the Pastry Chef. Now Executive Chef of the Westin National Harbor, he plans to work his magic in the kitchen to grow and flourish their culinary program. He is committed to offer you the highest level of quality and consistency with each and every dining experience.
Located in the new Westin National Harbor, Sauciety offers breath-taking views of the Potomac River. The cuisine is focused on modern American influences and features a selection of meats and fish that are simply grilled, pan-roasted, or pan seared. The menu offers a selection of 15 unique sauces to accompany your entrée which arrive in vessels that are displayed in the middle of the table so they can be tasted and shared.
