Family Celebration to Honor Billy the Goat in Rittenhouse Square Park

The Friends of Rittenhouse Square invite you to come and celebrate the unveiling of the new and improved Billy the Goat statue. Join us for a day of fun including exotic animals, entertainment, a petting zoo, face painting, balloon twisters, performances, and community fun! *Strollers are not permitted inside of the event.
