Taproom on 19th (2400 S 19th St) will host a Barbacoa Pop-up and Sixpoint Tap Takeover for Cinco de Mayo. Chef Martinez and Ben Miller from South Philly Barbacoa return for their third appearance at Taproom on 19th with slow-cooked lamb and pancita steamed in maguey leaves with fresh tortillas, consomme and salsas for $3 each. Sixpoint will pour Abigale, Crisp, Resin, Sweet Action and Bengali. Other specials will include $2 Tecate cans, $5 Margaritas and $7 Tequila por mi Amante (made with tequila that was house-infused with strawberries for 30 days, with added guava and lime).
