701 Restaurant Hosts Four-Course Wine Dinner with Crosby Roamann Winery

701 Restaurant invites guests to come celebrate one of Napa Valley’s finest wineries, Crosby Roamann, on February 27th at 7 p.m. Crosby Roamann, started by husband and wife team Juliana and Sean W. McBride, is a small winery located in Napa Valley dedicated to creating honest, handmade wines. The experience is priced at $90 per person (not including tax and gratuity) and guests will enjoy Executive Chef Benjamin Lambert’s four-course feast while winemaker Sean McBride will orchestrate pairings of Crosby Roamann’s California Rose, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet. Limited seating is available and reservations are required.
