Attendees will enjoy hundreds of craft brew samples, bacon-inspired tastes from approximately 100 participating New York restaurants, live music, interactive games, cooking demos and more. OUTDOOR RISE, New York City’s annual adventure festival featuring one-of-a-kind outdoor adventure experiences, returns June 21-27. Presented by Discover Outdoors, Outdoor Rise brings the spirit of adventure to the city through seven days of activities, classes, competitions, lectures, and films, with events open to the public in all five boroughs. Events are $5 each and all proceeds benefit the Discover Outdoors Foundation, a nonprofit program benefitting city youth through outdoor education.

On Saturday, July 12, 2014, the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation will host Aaron Neville Duo in a "Benefit Concert for Heroes" at 7:00 PM at the St. George Theatre in Staten Island, New York. The concert will also feature performances by The Chiffons, Clyde McPhatter's Drifters, and American hero, Cpl. Timothy Donley.
