Maryland Humanities welcomes pediatrician Mona Hanna-Attisha, who helped explose the lead in Flint, Michigan's water. The author of What the Eyes Don't See: A Story of Crisis, Resistance, and Hope in an American City will discuss her book in conversation with Talbot County Free Library's Bill Peak, answer questions, and sign books. A living history performance by actor-scholar Mary Ann Jung will be followed by a question and answer session, which will spark spirited conversation and provide educational family fun.  All performances will be held outdoors. Please bring a folding chair. In the case of severe weather, the program will be held in the Steamboat Building auditorium.
