An enchanting, authentic Italian dining experience awaits Washingtonians and visitors of the Hay-Adams Hotel as executive chef Stefano Mazzone of Michelin lauded Rendez-Vous, located within the five-star luxury Grand Hotel Quisisana on the island of Capri, Italy, joins Nicolas Legret and his culinary team. From February 4-10, the esteemed chefs will transport diners from Washington, D.C. to Capri through the palate with thoughtfully prepared dishes; using seasonal and simple ingredients, characteristic of Capri and the entire region of Campania.
Select dishes will be offered a la carte on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu or guests may opt for a pre-fixe dinner menu beginning on February 4th. On February 7th, an exclusive dinner will be held at Top of The Hay including a four-course menu with Italian wine pairings. With a commanding view overlooking the White House, this Capri tasting experience is limited to 40 guests and is priced at $295 including taxes and gratuity.
