FONA and the Washington Youth Garden present seven free evenings of music in the Meadow for the 2017 Summer Evenings at the U.S. National Arboretum. Pack a picnic, bring a lawn chair or blanket, and relax below the Capital Columns. All these events hosted by the Friends of the National Arboretum are free, BUT reservations are required. Gates open at 6:00 PM. Please enter through the R Street NE Gate (GPS: 2400 R Street NE, Washington, DC 20002). Sorry, dogs and alcohol are not permitted.

 

Artist Biography 

Deja Belle (French meaning: Already Beautiful) is an international singer/songwriter from Kinshasa, Congo who currently resides in Washington, DC. She has graced the stage with legendary R&B artists including Regina Belle, The Manhattans, The Whispers, Meli'sa Morgan and Dionne Warwick. She is currently on an international tour with Regina Belle and just released the debut single from her forthcoming album.
