To celebrate Spring, Rosé wine will be the topic of discussion. The class will concentrate on the 2013 Paradise Springs "Nana's Rosé", Clifton, Virginia, the 2013 Le Pas de L'Escalette Ze Roze, Languedoc, France, and the 2013 Kivelstadt "Twice Removed", Rosé of Mourvedre, from Sonoma County, California, amongst others.

Led by ENO’s certified sommeliers, Sabrina Kroeger and Roberto Picado, ENO Wine Bar’s monthly classes teach the fundamentals of classic wine as well as rare and unusual varietals with topics ranging from lessons on specific grapes and wine regions to food and wine pairings. A part of the ENOversity program, each class tutors taste buds in a fashion that's interactive and unpretentious.
