From July 17-July 23, the South Jersey Independent Restaurant Association, most commonly known as SJ Hot Chefs will host the 5th Annual Farm to Fork Week, a tribute to local farmers! Over 30 participating restaurants will create four-course menus, ranging from $25-$35, featuring the finest locally grown produce and ingredients. Dozens of local farms will participate by providing the freshest, most flavorful fruits, produce and meats available.
