and a Farm Tour by Farm Owners Roy and Judy Crow

Hors d'oeuvres followed by a multi-course meal (prepared before your eyes!) with wine pairings (one with Black Ankle Wine!) and demonstrations by this team of acclaimed Chefs - (plus some of our famous surprises!)
Farm Tour begins at 4:45; Hors d'oeuvres at 5:30.

Chef Jason Goodenough: Roasted Arnold Farms Squash and Firefly Farms Goat Cheese Agnolotti (pillow shaped ravioli) with Brunoise of Rutabaga and Apple in a Brown Butter Sage Sauce

Chef Pat D’Amico: A Duet of Local Rockfish

Chef Bill Hoffman: A Trio of Crow Farm Angus Beef featuring Tartare, Olive Oil Poached Beef Tenderloin, and Roasted Rib Eye

Chef Robbie Jester: Dessert of Vidal Blanc Poached Pear with Pumpkin Sour Cream Pannacotta and an Anise Simple Syrup
