Transitions Lifestyle System is a 12 week lifestyle education program designed to keep you healthy for life. The results you will see from the program is fat loss, inches loss and quality of life gained for the long term. The 12 weekly classes focus on healthy eating using the glycemic index, body composition, and behavior modification. The ways you will see results is through journaling and accountability. It is important to learn about healthy living not only for personal health and longevity, but so you can set an example for others and future generations so that our nation doesn't continue down the path of suffering and disease caused by our lifestyles.
