the wine list is improving, the prices stay affordable for eating in or carry out-$10 corkage. Love the sampler-greek delish.

Had a late lunch at Waterstone the other day with some folks from Maryland Geneeral Hospital. The food was great as usual and the service is always great. the lamb sliders are out of this world! Highly recommend!

Waterstone Mediterranean heaven- especially love the lamb chops, sweet potato fries with honey and the tazsiki--yummy! Wonderful spot. Free parking across the street.

HIGHLY recommend Waterstone Bar and Grill Restaurant Mt Vernon-try the lamb chops, the grilled salmon, the Mediterranian platter-everything is so fresh and fabulous. the prices for entrees are like 1/2 of normal upscale restaurants with much more satiating portions. We enjoyed the dinner with a lovely Babcock 2008 Pinot Noir. Great wine selections to drink with dinner and for carry out. We HIGHLY recommend Waterstone Bar and Grill Restaurant in Mt Vernon Baltimore!

The friendly ambiance of this corner bistro would make me a regular if only Waterstone were walking distance from my Fed Hill flat. Interesting wine selection includes a red named "Truth" that pairs beautifully with the Mediterranean appetizer.

By 10pm on Saturday nights, the restaurant takes on the allure of a lounge, with live music made sweeter by the fact that there's no cover charge.

Don't expect this one to be a well kept secret for long.

We tried this new joint, that opened during the snowstorm of 2010, from a Facebook recommendation. It was a great find for locals who think they have been everywhere! Had a warm welcome from owner Lisa M, who joined us for a cocktail. Delving into appetizers, our table of 4 enjoyed the Gourmet Mediterranean Dipping Duo~and loved the homemade Greek traditional treats prepared: olives, dolmades, falafel, house made Tzatziki (cucumber, dill, sourcream, garlic) YUMMY and roasted pepper hummus dips,aged feta, and fire roasted red peppers. Served w/Pita Points this choice was so fresh, clearly made fresh daily and perfectly seasoned and temperature.

Also loved the flash-fried calamari & veggie pizza drizzled with honey. The wine choices are vast to connect with all price point. I tried a terrific Greek red and am hooked.

We were treated to live music as we continued the evening from table to lounge. We will definitely return!
