Brunch
In hopes of trying a new brunch spot in Baltimore, my roommates and I went to Taverna Corvino who only recently started offering brunch. We each tried something different so we could all take bites of each others brunches. The best way to eat, of course! My roommate, who picked the stuffed french toast with berries and ricotta won for best brunch of the morning. It was delicious and moist and the perfect amount of french toast, which can sometimes be overwhelming. It was pretty empty, so we had good service and didn't have to wait in a long line of brunchers. Hopefully they will spread the word, to make their brunch more popular and expand the menu in the coming months. Being a new Federal Hill "local", I will definitely try their brunch again.

Federal Hill Restaurant Reviews Taverna Corvino
Enjoy the Italian tapas from grilled calamari to meatballs and the grilled caesar. Sister to Ryleigh's Oyster. We also enjoy the Wednesday Wine Tastings called Winesday!

hip place
I love this Federal Hill neighborhood spot for a sophisticated cocktail. The orange vodka with the seltzer combination is very refreshing!

Federal Hill Restaurant Reviews Taverna Corvino
Reviewed by Drayton F.
Just opened where Vespa and Junior's use to be in Fed Hill. Great Atmosphere. Has a kinda small Vegas lounge feel to it. Wine list was small but well priced and a nice variety. We had a great Waiter named Jeff who was incredibly knowledgeable. They've only been open a week, but the service was pretty spot on. I saw the http://Citypeek.com review that talked about raved about the grilled Calamari. It was different than I'd read about, but that's to be expected in a new restaurant. The calamari was perfectly cooked, nice and tender, but the sauce was a little complicated for my taste, but really interesting. We started with some amazing refreshing orange vodka sparkling cocktails, had a great malbec, and the table shared some amazingly interesting small plates artisan prepared prawns, octo, lamb chops, etc. The night ended on a sidewalk deck with a great cote du rhone and a cheese plate our waiter picked out.
