Adela's typically serves tapa plates, however we spoke to the chef in advance to order the whole suckling pig! The pig was huge, flavorful, and quite a show! Came with spinach salad, artichokes w/sundried tomatoes (one of my faves), & potatoes. The pig was displayed whole when it first came to the table so we could really get a feel for the size (very impressive of the chef to display this way before cutting the pig up).Our server was Andy & he portrayed customer service PERFECTLY.Despite the chaos inside the restaurant from heavy business, he never left us long without checking on our table, & he never kept his calm collected smile from showing. Everyone at our table was impressed with Andy & the chef! Thanks to Darin (Kali's restaurant group mgr) for all his efforts in advance to make this dinner so special! He obviously knows how to run his restaurants & keep his customers coming back

Yesterday was a day of rushing to a planning meeting then to another place to make plans for an upcoming event
Had one of those time to relax and headed to Fells Point to do just that .
Stopped in at one of my favorite places Tapas Adela and always the best place to do just that. Relaxed a great wine along with some delicious food.
Always the best and the service Amazing as Always.
