I frequently visit Little Havana after volleyball or other sports events downtown with friends. It conveniently has a parking lot, if you are lucky enough to find a spot in it before it gets too crowded. The outdoor dining/bar area is excellent for warm days. They offer drink specials to sports teams, so we go here for $3 dos x's etc. They also often have interesting feature beers available that you won't find in other places. My friends are all die hard pork tips fans.. I'm not sure what the menu item is actually called, but it's an appetizer, and delicious. Service at the bar can be hit or miss though, depending on who you get.
