The Falls in Mt. Washington Village is a cozy, intimate, casual neighborhood spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or just to watch the game on a large screen TV in the bar area. (yes, they serve drinks -and advertise happy hours, as well). Large booths, tables separated by bookshelves filled with books and a comfortable seating area with sofas and chairs make the ambience very inviting. The menu is expansive with many wonderful choices. I enjoyed a smoked salmon platter with Nova Scotia smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, capers, sliced onions, cream cheese and a toasted sesame seed bagel - very reasonably priced and plenty to eat. Our server was friendly and helpful, but the place was nearly completely filled with customers, and he was unable to be as attentive as I would have liked. I will definitely go back - and often. It is a wonderful place to meet for work-related breakfast or lunch meetings, as well.

Delicious and Plentiful Brunch
My husband and I were there shortly after they opened a year or so ago and were disappointed with the ambience and the serice. Today I met a friend there for brunch and was thrilled to see the transformation. The addition of bookshelves and large booths made the space warmer and more inviting. My smoked salmon platter was delicioius with generous portions and reasonably priced. I will definitely go back, not only for brunch, but for lunch and dinner. It is wonderful having The Falls in the neighborhood.
