Demi is a small plate driven restaurant concept, specializing in modern American cuisine with global influences. Executive Chef Tae Strain brings small plates to a whole new level of both taste and presentation. Demi’s intimate 32 seat space offers sleek and minimalist decor, and includes 8 'chefs' stools that face an open kitchen giving dinners an inside look at behind the scenes.
