I arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night with my boyfriend. Our reservation had been at 9. The hostess told us it would be a few minute wait, so we proceeded to the bar to wait. It took about 7 mins for a bartender to acknowledge our attention (not acceptable in my book, i'm a bartender), then after giving our drink orders, it took another 10 to receive our drinks. Mind you, they weren't overwhelmed (take it from me, I bartend at Sullivan's steakhouse, and can tell when someone is overwhelmed). Finally, we were called to our table. Long start short, service was very good but food was very sub par (as you would expect from a chain). Not sure if I'd come back. Stick to the local places!

This is one of the best places to send the guest that visit our city.
The staff is amazing and they even know about our city.
The food if you have ever had the honor to travel to Hawaii , this brings back all of the great memories and food that you totally enjoyed there.
This is one of places that I frequent often and it doesn't mater if I enjoy at the bar or dining room always the best place to be.

Aloha-riffic!
Two words: Hawaiian Martini. Of course, I cannot possibly leave any of my reviews at two words. Therefore, I would like to add several kind words for Roy's Hawaiian in Harbor East. I have been to many restaurants in Mid Atlantic East coast area. I consider visiting restaurants a hobby and amongst my favorite pastimes. Never - in Baltimore, DC, New York, Philadelphia, etc. -- have I ever come across such fine service and attentiveness of the staff along with delicious nature and quality of the food. The Hawaiian fusion cuisine is maginificent and it is perfect for a celebration night with family/friends or a romantic date night. This restaurant has a versitile nature that fits various occasions (as well as a GREAT happy hour which includes $5 plates). This is a rare and outstanding find. To anyone reading this who has not visited Roy's -- I highly recommend a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Love Roys!
Wonderful restaurant! The food is delicious and the staff is outstanding. Service is always on point and the management could not be more pleasant and accommodating. Great food and great people. Be sure to try the Hawaiian Martini!

Happy hour plates very small but decent
I came here for a happy hour with a few friends. We ordered a bunch of the $5 plates at the bar, because it was so busy there. Our seat was near the bathrooms and we felt a little awkward like we were in an aisle way or something. The food came out quickly and was tasty, but there were only a few pieces of each of the sushi rolls. I suppose we couldn't complain for the price, but the service was hurried at that time and we didn't get a real personal feel for the place. I'd try again during dinner perhaps.

Roy's
Funky, beautiful restaurant. Great variety, unique presentations. Fun sakes and perfect martinis. Be sure to tell them if you're celebrating a special event; or, grab a bite at the bar before seeing a show at the Landmark Theater.

Great restaurant for special celebrations. They really go out of their way to make you feel special. Try the chocolate souffle. It's to die for! Fun for kids too.
