You can order at the counter, at kiosks upon entering or on-line, and have your choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items. Breakfast options include steel cut oatmeal, burritos and paninis. UBowls features Brussel sprouts and bacon, roast curry cauliflower, spicy Thai peanut or chickpea and almond. Wraps and sandwiches, called “handhelds,” include turkey and Swiss, tuna and Thai Chicken, Buffalo chicken, chicken pesto and artichoke melt paninis. UFood Grill also offers a full menu of salads, side dishes and smoothies. Full menu is here.

"Commuters and residents near Metro Centre are getting a delicious and nutritious restaurant choice with the opening of UFood Grill," Stephen Goldberg said in the release "UFood Grill offers franchisees an attractive investment — and a chance to serve something healthy in my community at the same time.” (Photo: Franchise owner Dr. Stephen Goldberg (right) with General Manager Michael Hackerman.)

UFood is known for their crispy “Unfries,”  french fries baked using state-of-the-art equipment that doesn't fry the fries.  All of U food’s dressings, sauces, cole slaw and pickles are made in house.  Vegan options and gluten-free menu choices include oatmeal, Greek yogurt parfait, Ubowls, specialty salads and fire-grilled entrées.
