The Full Speed Promotions, LLC team is proud to announce that their first Pink and Blue for Two event of 2011 on Saturday, September 3, will be one of the leading events during the inaugural Baltimore Grand Prix taking place Labor Day Weekend in Baltimore, Maryland.

After two very successful first events in 2010, raising much needed awareness for the initiative, PB42 has joined forces with the IZOD IndyCar Series, for what all involved feel will be a stellar evening of awareness, sights, sounds, and fun. For the PB42 team, the opportunity to bring their message to the people of Baltimore will only help in their goal of reaching across the country in the effort to link the strikingly similar statistics between breast and prostate cancers and to urge couples to remind one another to visit their Dr.’s regularly for screenings.

Music and film icon, Olivia Newton-John, will be back to host her third PB42 event and will treat the night’s guests to a couple of her classic songs.  As a breast cancer “thriver”, Newton-John has passion for the PB42 cancer awareness campaign that was founded by her nephew and former professional racecar driver, Emerson Newton-John.

NFL star wide-receiver and VH1 reality TV star, Terrell Owens, will be joining Olivia to co-host his first PB42 event and all involved are thrilled to have him.

The Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre (ONJCWC), currently under construction in Melbourne, Australia, will be a benefactor of a portion of the event proceeds, along with the Baltimore-based Cool Kids Campaign which focuses on the social, emotional and academic needs of children living with cancer.

Baltimore’s #1 entertainment venue, Rams Head Live!, will serve as PB42 party central, blending its unique rock and roll flavor with the elegance of the Pink and Blue for Two brand. With its multi-floored layout, impressive stage, numerous bars and open feel, the guests will surely have an amazing evening.

Numerous celebrity guests will be on hand to show their support, and will range from the Hollywood, sporting, motorsport, and political worlds. Notably, legendary race car driver A.J. Foyt will be in attendance to show his support of the initiative and the PB42 team.  On the musical side of things, local Baltimore favorites and acclaimed musicians, the Kelly Bell Band, will keep the crowd entertained with their impressive blend of blues, hip-hop and funk.

Guest will not only experience the wonderful sights and sounds of the evening, but will also be treated to fantastic food created by the Ram’s Head Live chefs and top-shelf liquor, courtesy of GREY GOOSE® . Ticket prices range from $45-$500.
