Indigma-Mt Vernon Restaurant to reopen & Hospitality News

Congratulations to Ann and Tony Chemmanoor on the reopening of one of Baltimore's favorite Indian Restaurants,INDIGMA. Closed due to the big building fire this winter, the married duo are itching with excitement to "bring back the neighborhood favorite to 801 North Charles Street," exclaims Tony "directly across from their former location.INDIGMA is scheduled to open the week of August 1st.

I first met the Chemmanoor's back in 1987, just months after they opened their first Bombay Grill on Madison Street. After opening over a handful of Bombay Grills in the state and selling them off, the couple is delighted to refocus on their upscale dining format. We cannot wait to come by!
