Taproom on 19th (2400 S. 19th, Philadelphia) hosts the 3rd Annual Chili Challenge on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. 20 local chefs are back again for this epic South Philadelphia chili throwdown.
